Refund Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with Barberia Club. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which we provide refunds for our Pro plan subscriptions. The Free plan has no charges, so no refund policy applies to it.

3. Pro Plan — Monthly Billing ($15/month)
For monthly subscriptions:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.
- We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service.
- After cancellation, your account downgrades to the Free plan automatically.
4. Pro Plan — Annual Billing ($150/year)
For annual subscriptions:
- Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund, no questions asked. Contact us at contacto@barberiaclub.com with your account email.
- After 7 days: No refund is issued for the remaining subscription period. You will retain Pro access until the end of the annual period.
- Annual plans do not auto-renew without your explicit confirmation.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request an eligible refund:
- Send an email to contacto@barberiaclub.com
- Include your account email address and the reason for the refund
- We will respond within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
- Monthly subscription charges past the current billing period
- Annual subscription charges after the 7-day window
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms and Conditions
- Situations where the service was used throughout the billing period
7. Service Interruptions
In the event of a significant service outage (more than 24 consecutive hours of downtime within a billing month), we may, at our discretion, offer a credit or partial refund. Such credits are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
8. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund. Refunds are only issued under the conditions described in sections 3, 4, and 7 of this policy.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
