1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Barberia Club ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Service Availability: Our service may experience technical failures, downtime, maintenance periods, or interruptions. While we strive to maintain service availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from service unavailability.

2. Use of Service

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

2.3 Account Deletion

• All account data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
• You will lose access to all features and data
• Any active subscriptions will be cancelled
• Google Calendar integrations will be disconnected

3. Google Calendar Integration

3.1 Authorization

Our Service integrates with Google Calendar API to provide calendar synchronization features. By authorizing this integration, you grant us permission to:

• Read your calendar events and availability
• Create new calendar events for appointments
• Modify existing calendar events
• Access calendar metadata and settings

3.2 Data Usage

We use Google Calendar data solely for the purpose of synchronizing appointments between our platform and your Google Calendar. We comply with Google's API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

We do not:

• Use Google Calendar data for advertising purposes
• Share Google Calendar data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service
• Store Google Calendar data beyond what is necessary for real-time synchronization
• Use Google Calendar data to create user profiles for advertising

3.3 Revocation of Access

You may revoke Google Calendar access at any time through:

• Your Google Account settings (Security → Third-party apps with account access)
• Our Service settings page

Revoking access will disable calendar synchronization features but will not affect other aspects of your account.

4. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

4.1 Service Availability

Our service may fail or experience interruptions. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be available at all times
• The Service will be free from errors, bugs, or technical issues
• Data will not be lost due to technical failures
• Appointments will be synchronized correctly at all times
• Third-party integrations (including Google Calendar) will function without interruption

4.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Service failures, interruptions, or technical issues
• Loss of data or appointments due to technical failures
• Issues with third-party integrations (including Google Calendar)
• Unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any errors or omissions in any content

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Not use the Service to transmit harmful code or malicious software
• Maintain backups of your important data
• Verify appointment information independently, as the Service may experience synchronization issues

7. Payment Terms

If you purchase a subscription or paid service:

• Payment is required in advance
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• Prices may change with notice

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Barberia Club and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Data and Privacy

Data Removal: You may request removal of your account data at any time by contacting contacto@barberiaclub.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
